Hi, help required. I've set the starter kit up as instructed. I have virgin broadband which i can connect directly to my laptop (ACER aspire series) without problem. I take the same cable and plug into the D-link box (i have tried LAN portal and the 1-4 portals). It powers up, all the correct lights flicker no worries. My laptop is wireless compatable it detects the D-link with excellent signal strength. I click on the internet explorer but nothing. White screen for 5 seconds then the standard page that says the internet page you want is unavailable. I know the broadband and cable is ok, i know the box is powering up and seems to be working correctly so why can't i get the internet when the signal strength is so good? Cheers.
