sudo as RBAC

I noticed that sudo can be used to do some of the things (I can't say all of the things for sure) that Solaris calls RBAC (fine grained capabilities, which I believe Linux (yes, the kernel, not GNU/Linux, so go away RMS) implemented and are accessible through getpcap and setpcap). Very interesting indeed.
