ExtJS is a framework for creating samples. I tried it with real amount of data and it performance was auful. Interface is nice looking but blinks all the time when mouse has been moving over. Also, you need to write some complex structures to make it work you need. dhtmlx is perfect - who said about bugs? All problems I had (mostly questions) were resolved by their support same day. I like it. :)
