I hooked up a Ricoh copier on our mixed Linux/Windows network. I installed the PPD from openprinting.org on our print server, and used the Windows CUPS driver on our Windows computers, giving the CUPS address at the print server as the http address of the printer. All capabilities of the PPD are available to Windows users. We have been quite happy with all our Ricoh products, both copiers and color lasers.
