We do also have a Ricoh copier and it's really a nice machine. Nevertheless, there is something that is missing: backups. Apparently one can't easily make a backup of the configuration once the machine is correctly configured. We had a hard disk failure several months ago and we had to fully reconfigure the copier by hand when the disk was replaced.
