Slackware distributes ISOs, and also GoblinX. I'm not undesrtand the discussion, both are GPL with ISO images to download. Both are great. If someone doesn't want to buy a cdrom, grab all the pieces and build one. There is nothing non-GPL about build a personal ISO.
Perhaps the developers are betting on the laziness of some linuxers to gain a few cents.
I bought my Premium cdrom, very nice, beautiful and GREAT distribution, but the last version I built for me.
