And while your burning money, why not get ent class disks or better yet, 15,000k SAS disks. But seriously, while each disk is much cheaper than they were 5 years ago, if you want 3TB of usable spinning storage that has some level of redundancy then RAID-5 will be *much* cheaper to setup than a full mirror array. Of course, if you have the money for full mirroring or only 300gb of data in total then power to you.
