I totally agree with that. I believe the major thing separating Linux and Windows right now is that Linux encourages good security practices (and knowing what's "going on" on your pc), while Windows doesn't. Windows makes it too easy to run as "Administrator", not to use a password and just click "Ok" every time something pops up. This is what gives Windows its reputation as being "easy to use", but it also makes it insecure in the hands of an ignorant user.
