The only thing that I find complicated about VirtualBox is setting up the network. On VMWare it worked out of the box, but on VirtualBox i must issu a few cryptic commands so that it can use the host's connection. But I love it anyway, and since i run Windows virtualized, I prefer not to give it any access to the internet anyway.
