...fire up (if not already running) seamonkey+multizilla, open the "morning" groupmark, fire up aterm, ssh to a server and reconnect a screen session with two mutt instancess: one for inbox, one for mailing lists.
You just can't beat proper MUA with any thundercrap when it comes to mailing lists, even if that's half a universe better than Lookout PressEsc, reportedly ;-)
