http://www.alientrap.org/nexuiz/ Nexuiz is not exactly the best option for this it has its own tourneys. http://planetnexuiz.com keeps rating on players high enough rating is need to take part in the Nexuiz tourneys.

Linux only gaming is a little hard to find. More fun would be a detailed list of the ideal game.
