The only ebook reader that I like for Linux is ETR. (http://linux.techass.com/projects/etr) It has a lot of features like bookmarking that are missing from programs like FBReader that I need. At the same time, there are a few thinks like better font support that it needs, as well as the ability to read rich text formats like HTML and RTF. Finally, sadly the project seems to have gone dormant, but the RPM files on the website easily convert to debs and it runs well on Ubuntu.
