Second Urban Terror. It's a fun "realistic" game (similar to Action Quake 2 or Action Half-Life) based on the Quake 3 Arena engine, but now has its own standalone native executables (http://urbanterror.net/page.php?6") for Windows, Mac, and Linux. I've been playing the Mac version on my MacBook since I managed to kill my Windows gaming machine. It's got several gaming modes, including CTF, Capture and Hold, Free for All, Team Deathmatch, Bomb mode, Follow the Leader, and Team Survivor.
