Provides the ability to limit play to Linux platforms only; even if there's a version for another operating system, we don't want people using it for this tournament
I agree that this should be removed. While it is good to identify and support linux only games, they are all (mostly) ported over to Windows and Mac. One of the best ways to reach maximum users is to allow any games that run on any OS instead of limiting the game to one OS only.
There is a game called Tremulous (tremulous.net) that is FOSS and Multi Platform! It is also one of the most popular of the multi player, multi platform games. Currently there is a server called Dretch*Storm that is in the process of trying to start a tournament which you can read about here http://groups.obliter8.com/node/3544
So drop on by ans see if this would fit what your looking for!
