If you're in this market, also check out Citadel [http://www.citadel.org]. All of the most popular email and groupware features, plus an ajax-style user interface that dares to be different by focusing on the needs of the modern user rather than on trying to clone Microsoft's bad design for Exchange/Outlook like everyone else does. I can't help but think that Atmail's tepid open source offering is too little too late.
