I have a brand new 24-inch iMac Alu, it comes with a bad OS, today it is OS X Leopard Free, and now it works :-)
I designed the graphical theme, today the dock bar has changed to a panel with mirror reflections (see the new version 1.10).
Next version of OS X will steal that, no question asked. Apple did steal the current one from Sun, see the Looking Glass project.
