Uh, although PHP is very nice (I use it a lot), it's not the only thing out there for non-ISS servers, such as:
Perl
Python
Ruby
Java

BTW, if I use Linux, Apache, MySQL, and Ruby on Rails, is it a LAMR? Maybe LARM?
