Barracuda and their stock holders are fighting for dollars, I have to ask if Barracuda has any hidden "free software" in their products. As I recall companies using open-source / "free software" in commercial software was and, as I believe is a problem for the FOSS community. Pantents claims are not born in a vacuum, the college minds that work for companies have the know-how and ideas of many within their own work that, ends being a patent. Let me be clear, Trend Micro patent(s) are no better.
