FWIW, I also had a lot of frustrations recently with streaming content to my Roku box. When I first set up the box the streaming worked flawlessly. Then for a week or two it stunk. I eventually went to Roku's website and scanned the forum for help. There is a thread w/suggestions on how to improve the streaming. I disabled QOS on my router and changed the DNS server. Who knows how much good that did but I am back at 4 dots. Coincidence? Perhaps. Knock on wood.
