You didn't look then.
The person who originally wrote RPM wrote Conary. They made up for the problems rpm has over internet (it was originally intended to be CD Update only) and took lessons learned from rpm AND debs (shortcomings like triggers, etc) and made Conary have NONE of those.
I doubt very much that you have taken a look at conary at all if you can't see any benefits or anything worthy.
