I am finding it a lot more these days, where people are looking at an "Appliance" solution, and are willing to pay for it. Things like Citadel pretty much help with that. I guess no one has successfully replicated MS's stronghold on their Exchange server/MS Office integration. But that's out of the scope of this article.
Where I can see this being useful is already having an existing server and your clients being sick of POP. Without too much mucking about, this can be up and running in no time, with the longest part being changing email client settings on all PC's.
