The issue for me is that I have years of business email in MBOX format and would like to convert it for Maildir. I am sure there must be programs that can process directories of MBOX files - but like one of the earlier posters my preference would be to use IMAP through my ISP for easy connectivity around the world without needing to set up my own home internet facing server box. I would then need to get it all uploaded to the ISP structure. A lot of work.
