You didn't cover configuring Postfix.
You didn't cover split configuration (DMZ, LAN and mailrelay vs. mailhub) (you even explicitly state to go to your ISP)
And most importantly, you didn't cover high availability (HA): you never even mentioned clusters! ERROR.
