Our point is valid. The average IT personell usually know nothing more about a computer user interface than a Windows Server GUI.
They stay average for that reason too, and it will not change until they want it to. The Openfiler audience is really the more advanced IT
personell which can use the command line and web gui. So why not contribute and help the project by start testdriving it.
I know Webmin support smartdrive monitoring, and it sure could not be difficult too intergrate smart drive monitoring.
But first we experts have to start using the software in our solutions before it would get anywhere.
