I have to agree. If it is touting itself as an Appliance. Then everything has to pretty much work out of the box, like Clarkconnect or Smoothwall. These take no time to set up and don't require someone understanding the CLI to get it up and running at its full potential, and I mean FULL potential. Not half way or yes all this works, but these features don't because I can't understand the documentation, and no one on the forums is helping me.
True, as an advanced IT guy. I can set this up. But in this article, it's coming across as some easy wizard. It is not.
