Why hasn't it been transcribed? Are you justifying wasting 30 minutes of the time of tens of thousands of people - total cost to humanity, several person-years - by saying that the organizers of this event couldn't spare a couple of hours to transcribe it?
I do not believe that the monologue was "perfectly spontaneous". The fact that he was not reading directly from a text does not mean that the monologue was unprepared.
