I already stopped using Pidgin and started using Meebo because Pidgin devs don't seem to care about the users at all. Instead of making their app customizable, they opt to take away features and give users no options. A great example is the manual resizing of the text input field problem. They removed the option to manually resize the text input field, and they dont care if the users want it back. Use Meebo, the devs are much nicer people.
