There are many distributions tailored for small system. The most important factor in the long run is the maintenance cost of such system: how easy, how well it will be supported 3-5 years from now? How easy it is to remove and add software? Distros come and go like mushrooms so be sure that you select the correct "wagon" that carries you for long time.

P.S calling 192M system small is matter of opinion. I would draw a line to max 128M memory, which is more typical for old (10+ year) hardware.
