A request to License freaks:
Don't hound Maryanovsky for "not taking the fight to IChessU". Some trolls will do that, I fully expect that. Note that an EFF member was very much there. Those guys typically know their stuff and, the Israeli judicial system is not one that most of us out here are good at discussing.
So just a request, kindly keep the language moderated. It's not fun being publicly dragged around in a lawsuit when what you love to do is write useful/helpful programs in a quiet corner listening to music.
Being taken apart publicly by the opensource community itself, for individual fancies, could be pretty disgusting to Maryanovsky. Ever read ESR's article about how to ask questions...? Something that implied that too much stupid email can force usenet samaritans to just leave in disgust...?
