KDE 4.1 has many minor issues - e.g., cannot increase # of desktops, many shortcut keys aren't available, some windows cannot be resized. Although it does have a very nice look and feel, it's still feels like a beta level release, still buggy - but kodos to the hard working kde developers for the attempted leap - I am sure all those glitches would be fixed shortly.
Other than that, it seems to be working very good.
