With all due respect, none of those vulnerabilities you linked to are related to image components/modules/plugins. Second of all, a CMS is as secure as it's administrator lets it to be. Maybe you'd be so kind as to enlighten us what the best CMS solution is, or what people should use instead of Joomla!.
