That was the worst comment ever for this site. This is the problem with open comments: dumb-ass posts from arrogant idiots.
Why does a programmer, who spends their time writing something, and then giving it away for you to use *for nothing*, and calling it whatever name they like, arrogant?
Are they holding a GUN to your head to use their software? Don't they have freedom of speech? How is the name "NFS-GANESHA" any more "dumb-ass" than names like "Oracle" or "Informix" or "Microsoft BOB"? From wikipedia: "Ganesha is widely revered as the Remover of Obstacles". I'm not hindu, but for a piece of software that removes the obstacle of running an NFS server in kernel space, the name seems apropos.
