Theoretically, if everyone registered that way, they would make a sh*t pile of money. If you think for a second that Barracuda is not making money off click-throughs to emailreg.org, you are extremely naive. We also had our IP listed on Barracuda and it has never been used to send spam, nor is it listed on any legitimate blacklist. If we allow one paid whitelist, pretty soon we will all (anybody running a mail server) be paying thousands of dollars to keep our mail servers from being blacklisted. Do NOT give money to emailreg.org and do not use any blacklist that supports them.
