I think the sierra club places note books in cans on the top of mountains, if you have some interest or vital comment or log your summit a little pencel is ussually available. If a new web sight is being constructed a hidable option mite allow articals to be rated with an index of top stories and, while these results may be squewed by multiple rating perhaps like loggin in to make an artical you mite need an log in moniker and, while it mite not provide the best info there mite be value in what people respond to. comments on the cis system mite note hazards or warnings.
