What’s the first thing that you notice when you look at a computer? Is it the operating system? Probably not. For all you know, the computer could have Windows Me or Windows Vista installed on it, and the only way that you’d have any clue as to which OS was primarily being used is if the monitor was turned on while the computer was running.
