Linux is not ideally suited to running Windows games - there are projects, such as Wine and Cedega which can do it with varying success. To that end, any Distro can install Wine or Cedega (or a native Linux version of the game!) and use that to play games. Normally you will have to re-install the games, but this isn't always the case, check the Wine/Cedega forums for details of your game. As a rule of thumb, Cedega/Wine like to install the game so it knows where everything is.

hi Star!! and welcome to the foums! some games like the unreal tournament 2004 and earlier versions are linux compatible if gaming is an interest-most all linux's have huge game support, and some are geared totally toward games. http://distrowatch.com/table.php?distribution=llgp
