am having another challenge that when i try to log on to a www.telco.co.zw the page doesnt open instaed it tries downloading and pops an error message reading (/tmp/46todu51-1,suf could not be opened, because the associated helper application does not exist, change the association in your preferences)

I think that is a browser issue. If you are using Firefox, click, Edit> Preferences> Applications, and since that full page is a shockwave flash file, associate it with Shockwave Flash. If you don't have Shockwave as an add on to the Firefox browser, you'll have to go the Firefox add on site and download it first.
