Subject : How to download Beryl ?
I downloaded tar balls but couldnt make it . How to download and install them using yum .i am using fedora 9 on an i386 arch.

Istnt Beryl renamed to Compiz Fusion??? You may be using old version. Search Compiz site or fedoras repositories for yums.

$ yum install beryl* or if u prefer compiz: $ yum install compiz* yum takes care of (almost) all the dependencies u'll need.
