I have a question about my soundcard, which is a TerraSoniq TS22. Will the drivers work on Ubuntu 8.04.1? I looked around on the disk, it's a mac compatible card, though the drivers are only in there once. Would this mean that the drivers are universal and thus would work for Ubuntu? the website doesn't say anything about Linux compatibility, and i can't test, because when testing drivers on the live CD, i can't just pop in the drivers, the ones on the live cd didn't work for me. (though i haven't tried the sound on the motherboard, which is a RealTek HD) Sorry for extremely long sentence and any typo you may run into, i'm tired.

Sorry for gravedigging, but I have found another problemm this time. When trying out openSUSE, I found out that the terratec phase 22 is supported. Knowing that they are basicly the same, I selected it, and chose normal configuration. It said that it couldn't configure the sound card, an error has occured. Those weren't the exact words, but it didn't show specific information. What can i do to make it work? The soundcard has a few different names: FAME MS 2x2 (i bought this) TerraSoniq TS 22 (device manager tells it's this) TerraTec PHASE 22 (driver setup in windows told it was this) Thanks in advance.
