Best Live Distribution for Rescue and such
hi
i'm looking for a good and user friendly distribution which includes partitioning tools , antivirus , back up softwares and all kinda utilities which are necessary for rescuing
and if there's a way to customize my own linux with my own softwares lemme know and suggest some rescue-related software
btw i want it to work with both Windows's File systems and Linux File systems

Knoppix is good. Any Ubuntu Live distro is also good.Here is a link to some other options also.
