If you can't find all the packages required in yum (your package manager), you can download the rpm's from www.kde.org, which will make you navigate to this page: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/search/kde
At least that's where I found them today! :-)
One thing you might want to consider is that KDE 4.1 is still considered suitable only for "early adopters", and 4.2 is still in beta. I recommend that you install KDE 3.5 for a more reliable and complete desktop. Is there any particular reason why you need to use 4.1?
