Gaming DISTRO help?
Hello,
It has been a while since I last logged on to this forum, I would be surprised if anyone remember's me, but anyway, on to my problem.
I have these sort of "arcade" games that are linux only. They are games that have been installed to machines you would find in an arcade, sometimes in a bar, etc. What may question is, for anyone experienced in this sort of field, what distro is it possible that these games are running on? As I am sure you all know (hehe), there are many distros that are possible, OpenSuSE, Mandriva, fedora, looking at the boot screen, maybe even DSL. Can anyone give me a little bit of advise on this? Greatly appreciated, thanks!

If you have the source code, just build them and resolve any missing dependencies - the distribution probably does not matter. If you don't have the source, it is possible that the application code is statically linked. If so, and the target system was for an Intel or AMD processor, then it will probably still work. If it isn't, then you will need an emulator for the processor architecture.
