who cares? I despise Debian and all Debian based distros.
.. Need to explain why you despise debian base. And no one ever told you to like it. It Linux that why there a variety. [Modified by: Drake on April 22, 2009 11:37 PM]

I just don't like Debian. I'm allowed not to like them. I prefer RPM based installs. And now it wasn't harsh. NoWarez2 starts these posts but never offers any useful information. I hate Microsoft too as much as the next guy, but when you start posting about some software war bring some intelligent conversation too. Especially since NoWarez2 called someone a n00b in a post because they weren't aware of this "war". That's useful. Next time maybe explain to them what's going on? In some sort of detail.

Yes it seem pretty harsh what you said early. Yes! you are allowed to dislike it. ... That why i love linux so many choices. Everyone can find something they like. ... I'm still new to linux. Been about a year now. ubuntu 8.04 was my first distro . Mainly because i got it to work. After awhile tried many others. *** debian 5.0 , opensuse 10.3 , slax 6.x , puppy 3.01 , Dreamlinux , antix , freebsd , pcbsd *** ------ I like debian system . Debian 5.0 i like , Antix I like -- very lite and fast. ---- I perfer lite desktop and window manger.. Never did like the bulk . Opensuse was fine , it ran faster than ubuntu . Only thing i didn't like was ports. It took so long to install programs . wanted to try fedora but never could get it installed .
