hallo to every body i am a new linux user dont knew any thing i hv installed linux suse 11.1 the install want fine. but i dont know how to instaall new programs. for exmpale i dowload real player.rpm install it,got secsseful on the instalation-but where is the program? it not on the desk top! not any ware in c: ? and its not raning!!! the same thing with fire fox 3.rpm and with flash player. it seems to me i dont know how to "run" the program after it's instald!!! help is requird thenk in advance.

thnks for ansring i chaked the site you gave me but it is about installing in my case the instlation went just fine. so i am still witout an anser thanks any way.
