eeePC, gimp, koffice

proopnarine Joined: Apr 03, 2008 Posts: 590 Location:San Francisco Other Topics	Posted Apr 04, 2008 at 3:33:03 AM Subject: eeePC, gimp, koffice I'd like to install the Gimp and/or koffice on my ASUS eeePC (which I [u]love[/u] btw), but I'm not having much luck. I installed gimp with apt-get, presumably from the Xandros4 repository (which I activated). Gimp fires up snappily and runs, but locks up when I try to quit, giving this message (in the terminal): * glibc detected * corrupted double-linked list: 0xb78ea4f8 *** gimp: terminated: Aborted I would also like to install koffice, primarily for krita, but I can't even find it on the Xandros repository!
