Subject: evolution dictionaries
drewb, you need to install the gnome-aspell, aspell and aspell-xx packages for the dictionaries (where XX is your locale, for example aspell-en for US English or aspell-fr for French, etc.) Now, open Evolution, click Edit -> Preferences -> Composer Preferences and click the Spell Checking tab and select the languages from the list. Cheers!
