Well, I assume you're saying you installed the Vista Menu bar on Firefox running in Linux. If that is the case, open your Firefox browser> Tools> Add-ons> Extensions then highlight the app you want to remove, then click Uninstall. That should remove it from your system. If it ain't broke, you aren't trying hard enough.
