Subject: SWAT for samba or something like it
I am currently using swat to manage samba on my fedora 7 file server. but i am looking for some other ways to manage te current users of samba. i now just use the auto refresh of the status page of swat but to see the user names i have to user the see users button at the bottom to change it from user id number. is there any way to get it to default to show user names, or is there a different gui tool that i can use to monitor users and what the users have open.

There are several GUI interfaces for SAMBA. I'm not sure which suits your purpose best, if any. I'm afraid you'll have to put in more research: http://samba.org/samba/GUI/
