Browse to the directory where you downloaded the tar.gz file. Type the command; tar zxvf filename.tar.gz That will create a directory called filename. In your case, it'll be something like resin-x.x.x or something like that. Browse into that directory with the cd command. Look for a file named README or INSTALL.
