hello i was woundering if there was an anti virus protection app. I need it becasue my computer was alot of $$ and i dont want it broken ..thanks

If you are using Linux, you really don't need anti-virus software. Nearly all the viruses that come over e-mail are for Windows. In all the time I've used Linux, I've never encountered a Linux virus, or even had a breach of system security. If you install software only through your distribution's repositories, it all should be pretty secure. However, if you are really determined, you can check out clamav (http://www.clamav.net/).
